It’s a feeling that is hard to describe…
At this time last year, something in the depths of my soul was telling me that I had come across something legendary. More legendary than a tiger riding on the back of a unicorn flying over Hogwarts. It’s a feeling that one only has when they find a job opportunity that actually means something to them, rather than settling for the ho-hum dreariness of a job that just pays the bills.
Now, I know what you’re thinking: Nope, jobs like that only exist for people like Kobe Bryant.
But nay, let me free your imagination. I’m here to tell you that the feeling I got that fateful day is because of FiveStars, and you can get it too. Rather than keeping this information to myself and laughing heartily at your folly, I have decided to take it upon myself to offer you this fantastic feeling.
What truly struck me that day was that FiveStars was completely reshaping and changing the way customers and businesses interact with each other. In order to do that, you need passionate people who don’t want to be a cog in a wheel, but want to get rid of the wheel and fly with a jetpack! We are solving some incredibly challenging technology problems that bridge the retail business world and the digital world, but best of all, we have an amazingly driven, talented, and fun team. We’ve got a PhD in string theory, the top analyst from McKinsey, and everyone in between. We work hard, play hard, and look good doing both.
Naturally we provide perks. What perks? These perks:
- Working for a Y Combinator backed company
- Having TechCrunch articles written about the awesome things you do
- Fridays end with Happy Hour
- Dental, vision, and health benefits
- A chance to help run a start-up
- Very flexible hours
- Foosball table, basketball hoop, video games, and so much more…
Pretty sweet, right? At the end of the day, you need to love what you do and love the people you spend your day with, which is what I want to help you with. So ask yourself, “Self, am I ready to embark on a journey to a magical and glorious land?” If the answer is “YES” then we want you; come join us for a chance to grow something.
John Prilliman recruits at FiveStars. He has been called many things in his life, “handsome, deviant, brilliant”, but most of the time just “John”. To see current opportunities go to the FiveStars jobs page or contact him directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
